1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, mapping a corporate domain, or utilizing the MXend email API, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organizational entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Description of Service
MXend delivers identity-verified email communication systems built on zero-trust architectures. We provide verification services to authenticate senders, cryptographically sign messages, and route secure communications between endpoints.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the MXend platform to:
- Transmit unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or engage in malicious phishing campaigns.
- Forge headers or impersonate other entities without explicit domain authorization.
- Distribute malware, trojans, or execute denial of service attacks against internal or external routing hubs.
4. Termination of Accounts
MXend reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or fail to pay service fees. Upon termination, client keys and verified associations are shredded in accordance with our data policy.
